This uplifting session begins with a 15-minute guided breathing meditation designed to clear your mind and ground you in the present moment. From there, you’ll spend 90 minutes exploring your creativity through watercolor painting, no rules, just intuitive expression with support from professional artists.
We’ll end with a 10-minute group share, offering space to reflect on your process and experience.
Led by meditation experts and artists, our Wellness Series is designed to help you build an art practice that supports mental well-being, stress relief, and emotional balance. We provide a framework for continuing these practices beyond the session, helping guests integrate art into their regular routines as a tool for sustaining mental health.
