In this hands-on workshop, participants will delve into Van Gogh’s techniques for capturing the essence of the natural world. You’ll explore his signature swirling brushstrokes, rich color palettes, and dramatic contrasts of light and shadow as you create your own work on canvas. Guided by Van Gogh’s innovative approach, you’ll learn how to convey the mood and energy of a scene, whether it’s a golden field, a windswept tree, or a dynamic sky filled with stars.
Ticket includes lesson and all art materials (including a 9x12 inch canvas). Coveralls/ smocks will be provided to protect your clothing.
