Led by movement experts and professional artists, ArtsClub’s wellness sessions fosters the relationship between your mind and body with your creative practice. Bringing your process into the community; these workshops are designed to develop, hone, and celebrate a meaningful studio practice.

Reflect on the Past: Memory Shadow Boxes
This session begins with a guided meditation, during which guests set a clear and meaningful intention. This calming experience helps cultivate focus, clarity, and purpose, allowing participants to align their intentions with their deepest values. Following the meditation, our instructors lead a visual journaling activity, where attendees use mixed media supplies to create expressive journal entries, a practice that can be continued at home. This session sets a positive tone for the day or week, fosters a sense of empowerment and leaves guests with a reminder of their intentions that they can carry with them until the next session.

Focus on the Present: Meditate, Move, and Paint
This energizing workshop combines a guided movement session focused on mindful breathing and dynamic flow with an intuitive painting class where participants create abstract art inspired by movement. The movement class cultivates strength, flexibility, and focus while clearing the mind, and the painting session encourages free play and self-reflection. The experience concludes with a sharing and reflection session, leaving participants revitalized and equipped with practical mindfulness tools connected to an art practice.

Embrace the Present: Open Air Painting
This session focuses on taking time to notice small sensations and moments ofbeauty in nature. Participants are encouraged to focus on one small aspect ofnature that brings them joy that day. Our instructors guide the group intransforming that source of joy into a watercolor painting, which serves as a dailyreminder to find beauty in life’s small moments. Guests are encouraged todevelop the skills they learn into a regular practice.

Envision your Future: Vision Boarding
Guests will use collage materials, vintage Life magazines, and a mini picture printer to create a vision board that visually brings their goals and dreams to life under the guidance of professional artists. The session delves into the science behind vision boards, explaining how visualization activates the brain's motor cortex and the Reticular Activating System to help you notice opportunities aligned with your aspirations. Emphasizing positive thinking and clear goal-setting, the activity is designed to boost focus, motivation, and ultimately pave the way for success.
