Join us for this grounding movement and intuitive painting workshop.
This energizing session will guide you through a harmonious blend of dynamic movements and mindful breathing, helping to awaken your body and clear your mind.
In this class, you'll begin with 35 minutes of movement. First, you'll engage in 5 minutes of slow, intentional movements to set the tone. Then, enjoy 25 minutes of playful and fluid guided movement, followed by 5 minutes of meditation to ground you.
Next, you’ll spend an hour exploring painting with pastels and paint on unprimed canvas, allowing your creativity to flow freely.
The class concludes with 10 minutes of sharing, where you can reflect on your experience.
Everything you need, including a mat, yoga blocks, all art supplies, and water, will be provided.
